Preparation before use of refrigerated cabinets

1. Check if the placement position meets the requirements.
2. Compare the packing list and check if the attachments are complete. Read the product manual carefully and conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the requirements of the manual.
3. Check if the power supply voltage meets the requirements. The power supply used should be 220V, 50Hz single-phase AC power supply. During normal operation, the voltage fluctuation is allowed to be between 187-242V. If the fluctuation is large or suddenly high or low, it will affect the normal operation of the compressor and even burn it out.
4. Apply single-phase three hole seat inspection and separate wiring. Users without grounding devices should install grounding wires. When setting grounding wires, tap water and gas pipes cannot be used as grounding wires, nor can they be connected to telephone lines and Lightning rod.
5. Do not damage the insulation layer of the power cord, do not press the wire heavily, and do not change or lengthen the power cord at will.
6. After checking, let the refrigerator and freezer stand for half an hour, switch on the power supply, carefully listen to whether the sound of the compressor during startup and operation is normal, and whether there is the sound of pipes hitting each other. If the noise is too loud, check whether the products are placed stably, whether the pipes are in contact, and make corresponding adjustments. If there is a significant abnormal sound, the power should be immediately cut off and professional repair personnel should be contacted.
7. Before storing food, refrigerators and freezers should first run empty for a period of time, wait for the temperature inside the box to decrease, and then put in food. The stored food should not be too much, and try to avoid refrigerators and freezers working at full load for a long time
